Quicksilver Recycling Services was founded in June of 1998, now celebrating our 22nd anniversary. Throughout these twenty two years, Quicksilver has specialized in customizing recycling and reuse programs associated with electronics / IT equipment. Personnel
Quicksilver Recycling Services has a dedicated staff of twenty five employees. All Quicksilver personnel are criminal background screened and drug tested. Ongoing training and knowledge are paramount to the success of our business and to the safety of our employees.
Our management team has in excess of fifty years combined experience in recycling special wastes ranging from mercury-containing lamps to low level radioactive mixed wastes.
Facility
Quicksilver Recycling Services 27,000 square foot facility is located in Tampa, Florida.
The facility layout is designed for equipment: receiving, staging, de-manufacturing, test / refurbishment and resale. The facility is monitored, fenced and under twenty-four seven video surveillance.
Outreach
Computer Mentors Group is a non-profit service organization comprised of computer professionals, and others interested in the future job opportunities of disadvantaged youths.
Coastal Conservation Association is a non-profit with seventeen coastal state chapters spanning the Gulf of Mexico, the Atlantic seaboard and the Pacific Northwest. CCA’S purpose is to advise and educate the public on conservation of marine resources.
Tampa Bay Watch is a non-profit stewardship program dedicated exclusively to the protection and restoration of the marine and wetland environments of the Tampa Bay estuary through scientific and educational programs.
